Caribbean Cruse Highlights!

Last week was a wonderful week in the sun with my family. It was the Stampin' Up! Grand Vacation to the Caribbean on the Royal Caribbean cruise ship Allure of the Seas. Although it was a Stampin' Up! trip, it truly was a vacation for us.

I decided not to take my phone on the trip! Gasp! Believe it or not ... I survived. We spent all our time together relaxing, playing and eating!!

I earned this amazing trip free from Stampin' Up! for my sales and leadership last year. It was our very first cruise experience. It was a huge ship with about 7,000 people on board! About 700 of those were Stampers and their families. I believe the number of demo's that cruised was around 275. This was the first global incentive trip so that means that these are the top demonstrators in the world! (and yours truly is in that mix! pinch me!)

Our first night aboard Stampin' Up! closed the Boardwalk for our welcome party! We rode the carousel, munched on popcorn and met new friends. After we watched an amazing show, OceanAria. It was full of acrobatics, diving, swimming and more ... very Cirque Du Soleil-esque. It was a great kick off!

Each day we relaxed in the sun and swam with the kids. That is what we went to do. We all loved it so much! We ported in Haiti, Jamaica and Cozumel, Mexico and with each stop we found our way to the beach!

When we were on board we took in a few shows. There was an Ice Skating performance, a Dreamworks Madagascar water show and a Parade. Many of our fellow cruisers took in many more performances, but we hit the early and kid friendly ones. After all that sun we needed our beauty rest!

Stampin' Up! had a gathering place for us. We swapped cards, made friends, played games and won prizes! A Stampin' gathering place is never complete without BUCKETS of candy! That could be the reason for me new two cavities the dentist found yesterday!

ditto for the new Ribbons!
The boat had two rock walls on the back of the ship. My daughter and I climbed a few times and loved it! Arturo wanted to join us but got a head cold on the boat and was under the weather.

The rest of the time we ate our way through our vacation! If you have ever cruised (or stayed all inclusive) you know exactly what I mean! The self serve soft serve ice cream was a favorite for the kids. I have a sweet tooth so cookies and sweets were my favorite, even when it wasn't dessert time. I think I ate about 300 cookies on board. Arturo ate seafood until he grew gills, well almost.

It was a dream come true to take our kids to the ocean and show them more of our world. We all love our adventures and time together. We are counting sleeps until our next Stampin' Up! Incentive trip to Hawaii!!!! This Stampin' thing sure has some great perks!

Thank-you again to all of my wonderful customers and my Dolce Stampers team. I am blessed to do what I love and share it with all of you!!

Thanks for visiting!! Have a creative day!!
