Summer Bumble Bee BBQ

This week I had my Stampin' Up! downline team come over for a summer BBQ. I always look forward to this annual event with my team. I get to treat them to dinner and make some cute party decorations and little gifts for each of them.

The English Garden Designer Series Paper has a sheet of cardstock with the cutest little bumble bee print eva!

I made this party for 9 work with just three and a half sheets of 12x12 cardstock. Well, plus a few other fun things too.

At each guests seat I had a little bag with their napkin and cutlery. These polka dot bags are a thing of the Stampin' Up! past and are no longer available. But the good news is that they are now available in a sold bag - same size!

You can not have a party without a party favor. Everyone received a Cafe bag with some Stampin' Up! embellishments inside.

I wanted a simple and quick little center piece. A half sheet of designer series paper ran through my paper shredder made the vase filler. All I needed to do was curl it with my bone folder.

I had to keep up with the irresistible bumble bees and the flags were perfect with my left over cardstock. To make the flags I wrapped the wooden skewers with the new Tear & Tape Adhesive. This adhesive has massive sticking power and the paper flags stuck right on.

My demonstrator team had a great time together eating and visiting. We even had time to do a make and take project - more on that coming soon in another blog post!

Have you ever thought about being a Stampin' Up! demonstrator? My team is diverse ... we have stampers who are demonstrators just to get a great discount and be their own best customers. Others who have a few friends order with them. And some that do events and earn extra income!

I am always happy to have new friends join our team. We have Dolce Stampers team members all across Canada! I would love to have you join us! To learn more about the opportunity click here!

Thank-you for reading! Have a creative day!
