On Stage Stampin' Up! Conference - event highlights!

This past weekend Stampin' Up! embarked on MY home town for a conference! As you know, I travel each January and July to conferences in the US. The company is global and to reach demonstrators around the world a new conference style was created - On Stage. Smaller conferences happened over the weekend all round the world. It was a very cool experience!

Friday night was a beautiful dinner for the top leaders in the area. It was a great evening connecting with my Canadian demonstrator friends. Of course Stampin' Up! spoiled us ...

I have been to loads of Stampin' Up! events over the years.
I was tickled to walk into the conference center and see the
signage for an event at home!

Beautiful presents from Stampin' Up! at the table

A Stampin' conference is not complete with out a bag!

The paper table runner. I wanted to take it off and take it home.
I thought the hotel staff may think I was cray-cray so I left it!

Blond moment of the night -
With the new global theme of the company lately, I read this bag and thought
"cute, Sort = french for create, Store = German for create, Create = English". Um, yeah.
A Macaron!! Not a Mint Macaron, but a Macaron!
This is the gift that was in the bag above.

I booked a hotel room and had a stay-cation with my Stampin' bestie! We talked and caught up until the wee hours of the morning. I think we managed a solid three hours of sleep before getting up to head over for the day long Stampin' Up! event. It is not a Stampin' Up! event until you are running on no sleep and caffeine!

Last week I received a necklace from Stampin' Up! for my title.
This event was the perfect place to wear it!
My suitcase contents for my staycation!
My roommate had recently traveled on a Stampin' Up! incentive trip.
My dear demonstrator friend, Besty, from the US sent me a Nashville soundtrack with my bestie!
It was on my pillow when I got to the hotel!
Are Stampin' Up! friends not the BEST!

Stampin' Up! staff (& our celebrities) were deployed all around the world from Utah. Every single detail was just like at convention. Seriously, every gift, prize patrol, sign, stage set up, display ... everything! It was soooo well put together. I was in awe. It was one of my favorite days ever.

Hundreds of demonstrators Stamping!

Watching a broadcast of the sneak peek of the new
Spring/ Summer catalogue coming in January 2016
Special grid paper for the On Stage event!
I wanted to cut it up and use it for a card.
So stinking pretty!
My stay-cation roomie and my Stampin' Bestie!
This is my other Stampin' Bestie. The three of us are really a Bestie Trio!
I came home with three stamp sets and a package of paper!
We can not show you the stamp sets yet! You will have to wait
until January to see all of the new product!
A few of my Dolce Stampers Team Members
with gifts I gave them at the event! We giggled and gasped
all day long together! I am so lucky to have these girls!
Getting silly with selfies!

My people! Local demonstrators that I have traveled
with many, many times to Stampin' events!
On our hands and knees getting up close with a display board to
inspect every details and drool over new accessories coming!

My dear friend and life line!
We help each other daily with our businesses! I do not think
there is a day that goes by that we do not text or talk!
We always laugh and have so much fun together!

My amazing demonstrator friend from Calgary.
We met just over a year ago and have built a
fantastic friendship!
Okay, I am crying at the keyboard here thinking about all of the friendships Stampin' Up! has given me and I haven't event gotten to the best part! I was selected to be on the 2015-2016 Artisan Design Team!!!! How amazing is that?! I was a ball of emotion and could not stop shaking from the adrenaline!

The BEAUTIFUL box awarded to me from Stampin' up!

Inside the beautiful box was a Tiffany Bracelet!
At the end of the day my family came to pick me up. They knew I was getting an award. I got big hugs and the kids asked "Mom, where are we going to CELEBRATE!".

Oh, they also asked where there presents were. When I travel to a conference I always bring them back guilt gifts. Sorry kids, not this time!

Now, I KNOW you want to come with me to an event like this, right?! The exciting news is that there will be more events like this in Western Canada to come!! Watch my blog for the announcement of the location of the On Stage conference November 2016. This event is only open to demonstrators so you will have to join my team for the fun!

Thank-you for visiting! Have a creative day!
