International Scrapbooking Day - International Blog Hop

Welcome to a special edition of the blog today! I am participating in a blog hop to celebrate International Scrapbooking Day! I have been scrapbooking for 15 years! Which is crazy because that would mean that I started scrapbooking when I was 10 years old! Unbelievable, right?

If you are already on the hop you are joining me from Leoni v.d.Bas-Geertsema. If this is your first stop, you are going to want to pour a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy the ride. There are 30 talented designers sharing scrapbooking projects for you today from all around the world! I am blogging from Canada!!

I have two 12x12 scrapbook layouts for you today. I always create scrapbook pages in pairs to that when the are inserted into an album I have a full spread. I was inspired by the MEMORIES IN THE MAKING PROJECT LIFE SPECIALTY CARD COLLECTION. Is this not a fab color combo as we head into spring?

MEMORIES IN THE MAKING PROJECT LIFE
SPECIALTY CARD COLLECTION
This collection is not just for project lifer's. I have added a few of these to my scrapbook layouts. Canadians can earn this card collection FREE with a $60 product purchase from my online store during Sale-a-bration! Promotion ends March 31, 2016.

Here is a closer look at the Project Life Acetate sheet that I punched.

Scrapbooking is all about preserving your memories. Don't forget to leave some space to journal. I hear many of my customers complain that they do not love their penmanship. You can type your story and print it on a sheet of cardstock. As a note, I would use cardstock rather than printer paper. It has a richer feel and will match the other cardstock on your project.

Are you ready for more wonderful scrapbooking ideas? Next on the blog hop is Annette Koolmees. Click over to Annette to see what she has created. Below is a list of the 30 international bloggers that are participating today. Make sure you visit us all!
