Do you not love the greetings in this stamp set? I instantly was inspired to create a stack of simple note cards.

As an avid crafter, I tend to hoard things that I am convinced can be upcyled into beautiful DIY projects. I have a closet full of empty tins, broken picture frames, old jars and other treasures.

I had an tea tin from Starbucks that was the prefect pairing for my note cards. I added a little Designer Series paper, a tag and a bow and it transformed into a fab giftable!

I created 16 note cards using WHISPER WHITE CARDSTOCK. Each card measures 3" x 4". (I decided on this size simply because they fit neatly inside my tin.)

With a custom card size I needed custom envelopes. Cut the BIRTHDAY BOUQUET DESIGNER SERIES PAPER to 6" x 6" and use the ENVELOPE PUNCH BOARD to create these beautiful envelopes. You will want to use FAST FUSE or TEAR & TAPE ADHESIVE to assemble the envelopes. It will give you more sticking power.

To finish the gift, I added a tag and some of the stunning POOL PARTY 3/8" GLITTER RIBBON.

I wanted to stay with the quick and easy theme so I colored the bloom with a SPONGE DAUBER using OLD OLIVE & BLUSHING BRIDE ink. The center of the flower sparkles with a touch of GOLD WINK OF STELLA GLITTER BRUSH painted on it.

I know you all are going to love this set of cards as much as I do. I will be having a class soon. Follow me on social media or my blog and watch for the announcement.
