Holiday in 3D - Fancy Friday Blog Hop

It has been way too long since I have joined the Fancy Friday Blog Hop! I am so excited to be back for this Holiday 3D hop! This group of past and present Stampin' Up! Artisan Design Team members are mad talented - you are in for a real treat today!

Pizza box gift card holder

Stampin' Up! has these adorable white cardboard Pizza Boxes. They measure 3-1/2" x 3-1/3" x 1" high and are food safe for cookies or treats. If you are a gift card giver, they are also the perfect size for just that.

Cookie Match Box

Hot Chocolate Test Tube

How adorable are these mini test tubes? They are $6.50 CAD for 12 test tubes measuring 4-1/8" x 5/8" diameter. I filled mine with hot chocolate mix and a few white candy sprinkles, to look like little marshmallows! Adorable!

These three projects will be created at my Stampin' BINGO night coming up in October.
Registration is open and space is still available!

Next on the Fancy Friday Blog Hop is my dear friend Shannon Lane!
Have a creative day!

Pink Curry - #GDP0106

Sometimes the most unlikely colors pair perfectly together, like Crushed Curry and Powder Pink!

I found these colors paired together in the Whole Lot of Lovely Designer Series Paper from Stampin' Up!©. (Confession - I find a lot of color combos in Designer Series Paper!). The circle of dandelion designer patterned paper in my project today is actually from this package of 12x12 paper.

I love all of the textures and details on my card today. I was inspired by the Global Design Project Challenge Sketch #106. I think that I took the idea of the sketch and turned up the heat a bit!

My stamp set of choice today is the Labels to Love Stamp Set, which just happens to be the Crafty Carrot Collective Stamp Set of the Month!!

You now have two ways that you can join the Crafty Carrot online program!

1.)  Purchase this stamp set* with me in September and you will have access to our October Online program (featuring 5 PDF tutorials, 5 videos and more!).

Exciting offer from the Crafty Carrot Collective & Blog Hop!

Welcome to the Crafty Carrot Collective September Blog Hop! We have exciting news about our monthly program.

In September we are changing our offering ... You can join the October online program for just $19 CAD or you can place a qualifying Stampin' Up! merchandise order!!!

A September qualifying order is our stamp set of the month - Labels to Love
(or a minimum $28 CAD product order)

Labels to LoveClear Mount  $28  144967
Wood Mount  $38  144970

Are you ready to blog hop with us and see what we have created with the all-season stamp set??

I created three cards from one layout. To change the seasonal theme for each card, I switched the Designer Series Paper, ribbon and greeting from the Labels to Love Stamp Set.

I love an all season stamp set ... I find I use them more than other stamp in my collection. It is like a one stop shop. Plus the graphics and fonts in this set are totes adorbs!

Next on the blog hop is Susan Wong.

Wishing you all a creative week!

Watts & Watts - #GDP103

I am obsessed with the Thomas Edison light bulb trend! The industrial mixed with a hint of shabby chic - a match made in heaven! They seam to be everywhere - patio string lights, light fixtures for your home, lamps ... I even have a Scentsy burner with one.

Stampin' Up! is always on trend ... check out the Watts of Occasions Stamp Set!
Watts Of OccasionsWood  $37  (143864)
Clear $27  (143867)

Dolce Details

I know the first thing that you are going to ask ... are there coordinating Big Shot Dies? Sadly no. But I will say that the light bulbs are pretty easy to fussy cut out. I created these cards for a card swap so I simply stamped on a small piece of Whisper White, no fussy cutting required.

To color my light bulb - I inked up a Sponge Dauber with Daffodil Delight Ink. Swirl gently over the lightbulb in little circles. You may want to practice on a scrap piece of paper first. A heavy hand using the dauber can leave your color transfer blotchy or uneven.
